CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation in less than 24 hours notice from your scheduled time, will require a charge of 50% of scheduled service to be paid prior to scheduling a new appointment. This charge does NOT go towards your next appointment. You are paying for the slot, not the service. Cancelling in under 24-hours does not give me enough time to advertise in order to fill that slot. Arrival or contact 15 minutes after your scheduled fill time will require a new appointment to be booked. This will require a charge of 100% of scheduled service to be paid prior to scheduling a new appointment. This charge does NOT go towards your next appointment. You are paying for the slot, not the service.

I have been behind the chair for 10+ years and have spent the last eight years working with and learning from some of the best stylists in Asheville, NC. My biggest joy is building meaningful relationships with my guests and getting to be a part of helping them express themselves through their hair. I love doing cut and color services, grey coverage or blending, and giving you a luxurious experience!
